The challenge was to get prepaid phone users to come to the Paytm gateway for online recharge instead of getting it done through traditional retail outlets.
We came up with the idea to show how ridiculously simple it would be to recharge your prepaid connections in the future and then compared the Paytm gateaway as the simplest available option available today. We did this by imagining the future where real characters in everyday situations do bizarre yet insanely simple acts in order to recharge their prepaid connections.
