A design graduate from Cambrian College, Canada, Siddharth has over 12 years of experience and his key strengths lie in brand & design strategy, brand identity creation, brand experiences though – packaging, space design & communication design. He believes that a good branding exercise is beyond a logo and defines organizational values and culture.

He brings in added value to a project through his deep interest in Culture Studies, or what we call Semiotics, the science of consumer retail behaviour and other branding tools & techniques.

In his previous stints, he has worked with corporates as well as SMEs and Startups, helping them boost their valuation in evolving markets. He has worked with clients like Kellogg’s, ITC, Cadbury, Kiaro Milk, Graviss Hospitalities (Intercontinental), CH2M-HILL (Aurangabad Industrial City – AURIC) and many more.

He has to his credit, 2 international direct marketing awards and 3 recent Designomics awards. Apart from work, he has a keen interest in travel, photography & teaching.

Meghana brings with her more than 16 years of work experience with an interesting mix of categories like Telecom, Beauty and Hair, Home and Luxury, Petroleum, Fashion, Digital TV and Food among others. She is a design virtuoso at heart and a writer at soul. Constantly curious and inspired by how digital and tech innovation is changing the way design engages with consumers.

With multiple awards and accolades under her belt her nonconformist outlook on design breathes freshness into an otherwise dreary structured world of print, digital, retail or even content. She is known for her insatiable, voracious research and trend study techniques and her ability to surprise and inspire on any brief.

Her strength comes from articulating a vision that combines her rich and varied background in Advertising, Design, Entrepreneurship and now the Digital and Tech space. Her focus will be to create a galvanizing environment for a multidisciplinary team that creates new-age engaging Design solutions.

Outside the office Meghana is an avid sports person. Her passion for sports only paralleled by that for design. A voracious reader and a full time foodie.
