An MBA from Boston University, Rohit worked in Forex banking in London for 2 years before joining Contract in 1990.

Besides heading the strategic planning function for Contract nationally, Rohit leads Core Consulting, the marketing & strategic consulting division of Contract. The range of assignments for Core Consulting include brand positioning, marketing strategy & plans, portfolio planning, service benchmarking, business models, mix development, innovation & NPD projects & marketing training.

Over the years, Rohit has worked closely with clients over a wide portfolio including Cadbury, Dominos, Shoppers Stop, Asian Paints, HSBC, Marico, Franklin Templeton, Louis Philippe, NIIT, ICICI Bank & HDFC Bank.

He is on the Advisory Board of TRRAIN; a not-for-profit trust that works towards the betterment of the retail sector and Expat Properties India Limited; a group with interests in real estate, construction & engineering projects, sports & leisure and media.

He has been a guest faculty at management institutes like IIM & SP Jain and has conducted training programs for many companies including Cadbury, Marico, Dabur and HSBC, the latter across Asia Pacific. He has also published three white papers that have been awarded the Atticus Merit Certificates, the global WPP recognition for original published thinking. He has been a member of the Effies Jury in India & on the global Effies Jury.

Jayanth helps brands take the right decision based on thorough consumer insights. With over 20 years of domain expertise in Branding, Advertising and Research across WPP network, he has worked on diverse categories spanning Consumer Durables, Banking & Finance, Retail, Telecom, Airlines, FMCG and F&B, across Indian and international markets.

Jayanth specializes in ethnography, loves to observe people, their culture, their values. Through these observations, he forms informed opinions that help him explore how brands can find a fit into people’s lives.

In his earlier assignments, Jayanth has played pivotal role in business acquisition and organic expansion. He is adept in building and handling proprietary Brand Management tools. Other aspects of his business personality include Knowledge Management, Mentoring and Training, Stake holder perception management.

When not doing business Jayanth loves to immerse himself in books, films, social media, Vedas, Upanishads, Indian mythology, Yoga which feeds his mind for the next big insight, trend and cultural code.

Jayanth is married to Jayashree, an HR strategist, heading Human Capital Management for a young growing IT enterprise. They have two wonderful boys- Jayasuryaa who is already an ethical hacker, while just in the final year of school and Scamp- their wonderful dog, who fills their lives with immense happiness and unconditional love, which nothing can replace.

In the decade plus career span, Raj has handled large scale recruitment, set up entire HR process for organisations, managed Organisation Development, Comp & Benefit, Learning & Development Process, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Legal & IR and instrumental in driving sustainability strategies. Won laurels for innovative employee engagement initiatives. Has also experience in managing merger and acquisition and project management, union settlement and proficient in labour law.

Last employed with Dentsu Aegis Network, Lowe Lintas, Tata AIG, Kotak Mahindra, Esselworld & Gadgil Western Group. He is an avid reader and an outdoor person.

His passion lies in travelling new places, photography, movie, writing and solving crossword puzzles.

With over 25 years of experience in advertising, Raji has built a formidable reputation for herself. Prior to being the CEO of Contract, she headed JWT Kolkata. Her contribution to JWT Mumbai had led them to work with big clients like Kellogg’s and DeBeers. She has also worked with the country’s best companies and brands like ITC, Tata Steel, Berger Paints and Exide.

She is credited with building the DeBeers business in India and has spearheaded the development of the first diamond brand in the world – Nakshatra followed by other brands. She helped make Kellogg’s a household name in the country. She has led the agency team in the development and successful launch of Engage deo and fine fragrances from ITC. Her strategic skills have helped in building some of the largest brands of Tata steel like Tata Tiscon, Tata Shaktee, Tata Pravesh and in the development of Tata steel as a corporate brand.

Her key achievements are leading teams in the area of category development, strategic and brand insights, Brand management and working with global and local teams. Raji believes in the collision of technology and imagination. She is passionate about delivering exceptional value to the client’s business. She is currently focussed on taking Contract to the next level through new business wins, scaling up the current offerings like iContract, Core Consulting, Design Sutra and newer offerings like Content, Through the Line to name a few.

Raji has been featured in the Impact’s top 50 list of the most influential women in 2018. She is a member of the Global Diversity and Inclusion Council of J Walter Thompson in 2017. She is also recipient of the Telegraph She leadership award 2016/17.

She loves nature, is into travelling and adventure sports, interested in arts, likes reading and practices yoga. She believes life is all about learning and focus.

Meghana brings with her more than 16 years of work experience with an interesting mix of categories like Telecom, Beauty and Hair, Home and Luxury, Petroleum, Fashion, Digital TV and Food among others. She is a design virtuoso at heart and a writer at soul. Constantly curious and inspired by how digital and tech innovation is changing the way design engages with consumers.

With multiple awards and accolades under her belt her nonconformist outlook on design breathes freshness into an otherwise dreary structured world of print, digital, retail or even content. She is known for her insatiable, voracious research and trend study techniques and her ability to surprise and inspire on any brief.

Her strength comes from articulating a vision that combines her rich and varied background in Advertising, Design, Entrepreneurship and now the Digital and Tech space. Her focus will be to create a galvanizing environment for a multidisciplinary team that creates new-age engaging Design solutions.

Outside the office Meghana is an avid sports person. Her passion for sports only paralleled by that for design. A voracious reader and a full time foodie.

He is proud to have been a partner in fueling growth for key international brands like Nestle, Dominos, General Motors, LG, Reebok, Bata, Dulux, Metlife, Aviva
as well as nurturing domestic giants like Dabur, DLF, Orient, Droom, Jagran, NIIT, JK, Asahi, Ireo, AU Bank.
